This release of the Estate Cabernet showcases how our vineyard’s cool climate supports a very long ripening period allowing for balance and elegance in the finished wine without too much alcohol. The Cabernet was aged for 18 months in 60% small French and American oak barrels to produce a signature Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

After fermentation, the Pinot noir was aged in 50% new French oak resulting in rich dark fruit aromas of blueberries, blackberries and black cherry. The Pinot noir also expresses smoke, cloves, toffee, brown sugar and vanilla. The wine displays a firm acid structure and pairs well with food.

Our award-winning Syrah is very happy here. We push this varietal to the very end of its ripening season. Aged in small American oak barrels, the Syrah features aromas of violets, smoked meat and plums.

2013 was an excellent vintage for Napa Valley and this release of our Cabernet Sauvignon was a beneficiary. The extended growing season gave us no trouble in getting this wine ripe despite our Southern location. This wine was aged for 18 months in 60% new barrels. We mixed French and American oak to produce a balance of finesse and power that is emblematic of Napa Valley.

Our Sauvignon blanc is made in an anaerobic style and cold-fermented to showcase its delicate aromatic profile. The light yellow color with a slight green tinge reveals its minerality. The aromas include honeydew, grapefruit, and lemongrass with a crisp palate. Made in a stainless steel style.
